EVENT HOURS   

Rental time is 6 hours, with all rentals including 4 additional hours of load-in/load-out time.
 

RENTAL FEES

• Space rental fees vary depending on the dates requested. Please contact River East Art Center Special Events Department at 312.321.1001 for full details.
   
• Additional freight elevator time after 4:30 p.m. weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday are priced at a rate of $45 per hour with a consecutive 4-hour minimum.
   
• Security, janitorial, maintenance and washroom staff are billed at $40 per hour, per person with a consecutive 6-hour minimum.
   
• Electrician pricing is based on services as needed and quoted per the individual event. Requirements are due 7 days in advance and are subject to approval.
   
• Our Sales department is happy to provide information for coat room services, equipment information, and valet parking.
